Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Threepoints (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the user regarding the use of the futsal match reservation service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Article 1. Purpose

The purpose of these Terms is to regulate the conditions and procedures for using the Service provided by the Company.

Article 2. Definitions

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:

  • "Service" means all services related to futsal match reservation, participation, payment, etc., provided by the Company.
  • "User" means both members and non-members who receive the Service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
  • "Member" means a person who has entered into a Service use contract with the Company and has been issued a member ID.

Article 3. Effect and Amendment of Terms

These Terms shall become effective when they are posted on the Service screen or announced to users by other methods. The Company may amend these Terms if necessary within the scope of not violating relevant laws and regulations.

Article 4. Formation of Use Contract

The use contract is formed when the user agrees to the Terms, applies for membership, and the Company approves the application.

Article 5. Provision and Modification of Service

The Company provides the following services:

  • Application for and cancellation of futsal match participation
  • Payment and refund processing
  • Match records
  • Other services determined by the Company

Article 6. Service Fees

In principle, the services provided by the Company are paid, and a certain amount of service fee (or usage fee) will be charged when using the Service. In addition, match entry fees are charged separately, and additional fees may apply depending on the payment method.

Article 7. Refund Policy

A 100% refund is available for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the match starts. No refund is available for cancellations made within 24 hours of the match start time.

Article 8. Obligations of Members

Members shall not engage in the following acts:

  • Registration of false information when applying or changing details
  • Misappropriation of other people's information
  • Changing information posted by the Company
  • Transmitting or posting information other than that specified by the Company
  • Infringement of intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of the Company and other third parties

Article 9. Termination of Contract and Service Use Restrictions

If a member no longer wishes to use the Service, they may terminate the use contract at any time by withdrawing from membership.

Article 10. Disclaimer

The Company shall be exempted from liability for providing the Service if it is unable to do so due to natural disasters or force majeure equivalent thereto.

Article 11. Dispute Resolution

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws, regulations, and commercial practices.
